FOCUS ON RETENTION
As employers strive to recover from cost management measures taken during 2020, there is rising concern that a greater share of the workforce has the confidence to seek new opportunities elsewhere.  Given the uptick in job searches that occur in the second and third calendar quarters, employers have an elevated focus on employee retention.  Please share your response to the questions below to help gain insights into this 2021 priority.
