City of Dunn ADA Assessment Survey

This survey is intended for people who live in or visit Dunn and have input about accessibility.
The City of Dunn, NC, is gathering information from the public as part of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Assessment and Transition Plan. This survey addresses accessibility of services and activities offered to the public. All responses are subject to becoming public record.
The purpose of this survey is intended to inform the development of the City’s ADA Transition Plan by generating priorities for improving access to City-owned infrastructure and services.
