July 4th Parade Application 2021

This years parade will be held on Saturday, July 3rd. Once your application has been submitted and approved, you will receive an email and/or phone call to pay. All applications will be reviewed by and are subject to the approval of event organizers. No entry will be accepted for consideration until the application process is complete/fee paid and applicant has read and understands the rules and regulations. Parade rules and regulations can be found at www.roundrocktexas.gov/july4

Application Deadline: June 14
A $50 late fee will be assessed on applications received after June 14 as space permits
A separate application must be submitted for each parade entry

7. Waiver, Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement: In consideration of SERTOMA and the City of Round Rock, Texas (“City”) permitting my participation in the Frontier Days Parade (“Event”), I, the undersigned, for and on behalf of, myself, my minor child or children (if applicable), my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge SERTOMA and the City, together with their former and present elected and appointed officials, legal representatives, agents, servants, employees, volunteers, successors, assigns, and all affiliated persons and entities, of, from, and against any and all claims, cause of actions, or damages, relating to or arising out of the Event, including injury, death, and damage to real or personal property. I understand that this includes but is not limited to any claims arising in whole or in part from the negligence of SERTOMA and the City. I further agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SERTOMA and the City, together with their former and present elected and appointed officials, legal representatives, agents, servants, employees, volunteers, successors, assigns, and all affiliated persons and entities, from and against any and all claims, causes of actions, or damages, asserted by any person or entity against SERTOMA and the City arising out of or relating in any way to the Event, including but not limited to the presence, malfunction, maintenance, addition, substitution, use or condition of any tangible personal or real property owned, leased, operated, or utilized by SERTOMA and the City in connection with the Event. *This question is required.
