Welcome! Planning & Research staff are available to assist you with your data needs, survey development, Informer reports, focus group facilitation, and SWOT analysis. Please complete all of the required fields (*) for each service you're requesting and click the "Submit Form" button at the end of the form to submit your request.

NOTE: At a minimum, allow 10 business days for a data request to be completed. Depending on the type of request, it may take longer than 10 business days.
