Club Information

The information you enter here will be added to your club's record and will allow club officers access to managing your club online.

To maintain system security, club officers submitted here are automatically given an expiration date at the end of the listed term. Therefore, clubs must submit their officers for each term AND for any changes during the term. 

Adding officers is still a manual process completed by one individual, so please allow 5 business days for this information to be added. If you complete this form between 1 April and 1 August, please expect longer delays, as that is our peak dues season.
