HVTN Translational HIV Early Stage Investigator (ESI) Conference

Attendees at this conference should be Early Stage Investigators (ESIs) actively engaged in translational, clinical, or pre-clinical HIV or TB vaccine research.  An ESI is defined as a person within ten (10) years of completing their terminal research degree, medical residency, or equivalent.

Are you an Early Stage Investigator per the NIH definition (completed your terminal research degree or medical residency—whichever date is later—within the past 10 years AND not awarded as PI of an independent research grant)? *This question is required.
ESIs attending this conference are strongly encouraged to create a 4 minute presentation in which they give an overview of their current research, and then participate in a live Q&A session. Are you willing to participate in this activity?

Do you plan to attend the Translational ESI Conference in person or remotely?

Please note: Plenary session talks will be live-streamed so that people attending remotely can watch these talks, participate in the Works in Progress session and ask questions of speakers. However, those attending remotely will not be able to attend break out sessions. *This question is required.
