As shared in the email you received, Building Movement Project’s assessment tool gathers the opinions, perspectives, and experiences of an organization’s staff, in order to aggregate and analyze those individual experiences into a customized organizational report.
Building Movement Project (BMP) is looking for organizations that want to shift their organizations to be more equitable and inclusive to participate in a beta test of the assessment this spring. Individual organizations will be selected to participate in the cohort based on their interest in the experience, as well as meeting the criteria outlined in the email you received. By completing this brief interest survey, this information will help BMP make a decision on which organizations will be selected to participate.
This objective organizational profile complements the assessment that individual staff will be completing, and should only be filled out by ONE person in your organization with knowledge about your organization's structures and staff. We estimate that it should take about 5 minutes to complete this survey.
The information provided in this profile is CONFIDENTIAL. Your organization's name or other identifying information will not be released in any reports on overall trends and insights gleaned from the wide range of organizations who have participated and will participate in the assessment process.
