3Rivers Foundation Application - Friday, May 21, 2021 (DEADLINE: Wednesday, April 21, 2021)



The mission of the 3Rivers Credit Union Foundation is to enhance the lives of people in the communities
3Rivers serves through the support of 3 key initiatives: financial literacy, education, and health and wellness.
 
Since 1935, 3Rivers has served these communities, and we are committed to helping the people and programs that support our mission and move this community forward.

GUIDELINES
1.  Funding focus must be consistent with the mission of the 3Rivers Credit Union Foundation.
2.  Funding requests must demonstrate specific goals with measurable results.
3.  Recipients of 3Rivers Credit Union Foundation funding must:
  • Be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
  • Support recipients located in counties served by 3Rivers Federal Credit Union
4.  3Rivers Credit Union Foundation does not fund:
  • Endowment campaigns
  • Individuals or individual projects
  • Religious organizations
  • Political causes or candidates
  • Operating expenses
  • Reduction or liquidation of debt
5.  Priority may be given to funding requests for programming needs over events-driven requests.
6.  We ask that funding requests not exceed $10,000; however, 3Rivers Federal Credit Union executive management retains discretionary flexibility as to the actual amount awarded.
7.  Funded organizations may submit a new application

NOTE: If you are unable to complete the application in your first visit, you may click the "Save and Continue" link at the top of pages 2-5. Enter your email and a unique link will be sent to you. If you do not receive an email or need it re-sent, please email bsutton@trfcu.org. This application will expire on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. A new application will then be available for the August 2021 funding cycle (deadline July 21, 2021), and partial/saved applications will not carry over to the next cycle.
