Additional Security Measures at Emerald City One

Dear Neighbours,

your feedback is crucial to helping Management and the Board understand what, if any, additional measures are required at Emerald City One. This survey presents several options, including relevant costs, for you to consider and provide your opinion on. The survey should take approximately 5 minutes, and will be open to collect responses until July 27, 2021.

Management has conducted a camera audit (to identify areas where cameras are necessary), and a security audit. The security audit identified 42 areas that can be improved upon.

To date:

the majority of those items have been completed and/or implemented,
a few are in progress (none are outstanding), and
the remaining items are what we'd like Owner feedback on.
