Submitting Requests
You can submit a request for to:
(1) Conduct a single interview (Intake, Discharge, or Follow-up) for a client.
- You must submit GPRA Part A for Intake interviews.
- You must make a separate portal request for each client.
(2) Enter GPRA data that you collected into SPARS.
- You can submit GPRAs for up to 10 clients at a time.
(3) Conduct a combined Follow-Up and Discharge interview.
- You must submit GPRA Part J and K for each client.
- You can submit requests for combined interviews for up to 10 clients at a time.
