Motorcoach Business Survey: 2021

This survey helps the industry provide valuable information to legislators across both the United States and Canada. 

In order to complete the survey you will need to collect information on mileage by bus size, the number of trips completed, and your employees.  It is advisable to compile this information prior to completing the survey.  Once you have that information available, the survey should take no more than 20-25 minutes to complete.

Instructions:

For the purpose of this survey, a motorcoach is a vehicle designed for transportation of passengers, characterized by an elevated passenger deck located over a baggage compartment and at least 35 feet in length with a capacity of 30 passengers or more.

If the answer to a question is zero please enter a 0, otherwise if the answer is N/A or if you do not wish to respond to a specific question enter in 9999.

For companies with multiple DOT Numbers, please enter your combined company information.  We have inserted the DOT number that we have on file for your firm at the end of the survey.  We ask that you update that if it is incorrect.

Note that if you cannot complete the survey in one sitting, there is a button to the top right hand side of your screen labeled Save and Continue Later that will save the responses that you have submitted so far.
