MacPhail students are encouraged to participate in the MacPhail Achievement Day. In consultation with their teacher, students will prepare an “Achievement Review,” where students prepare piece(s) to perform for a MacPhail faculty judge for educational feedback. Achievement Reviews are a great way to track progress and promote practice in a healthy and positive environment. Students will receive a certificate and an award for their participation in the MacPhail Achievement Day.
MacPhail will be offering students the option to participate in Achievement Day either in-person or online for the 2021-22 school year. The online application is the same for both. Please indicate whether the student will be participating in-person or online. Please note: online participants will need to video record their performance and upload it to YouTube. The link the video is required as a part of the application process. (Please make sure the video is set to "unlisted.")
