NYC CoolRoofs Interest Form

This training is currently offered in English. You may qualify for this training if you:

  • Live in New York City
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Registered for Selective Service (if applicable)
  • Can work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings  
  • Can navigate New York City and travel to installation sites throughout the five boroughs   
  • Are committed to pursuing a career in construction  
  • Able to perform manual labor, such as climbing stairs, carrying 50-pound buckets, and working on a roof in all weather conditions. 
  • Are willing to follow safety measures and protocols 
  • Able to work with paint that contains latex and silicone ingredients
