Please note to apply to the Equality and Human Rights fund you need to be an incorporated third sector organisation. This means you will be a legal entity, registered with the Scottish Charity Regulator or a registered Community Interest Company. 

Public bodies can apply as part of a partnership, however this partnership must be led by a third sector organisation. If you have any queries, please email EHRenquiries@inspiringscotland.org.uk 
3. What type of application are you likely to submit?
4. What level of funding are you likely to apply for each year?  £10,000-100,000, £100,000-300,000 or £300,000 – £700,000
