2021 Wilsonville Youth Lacrosse

Wilsonville Youth Lacrosse will be following the COVID safety mandates of US Lacrosse, the State of Oregon, and local governing bodies. We realize the situation is fluid and will likely change between now and when the season starts.
 
1. Assuming the registration fee is acceptable, do you think you would register your child/children to play lacrosse this year.(You should assume players will wear masks and our program will follow appropriate safety guidelines established by governing authorities.)
2. How many players do you think you will register at each of the following grade levels?(Please enter the number for each gender and grade level.)
3. Wilsonville Youth Lacrosse offers gear to new players and families in need. Will you need gear for any of your players? If so, please enter the number of players at each gender/grade level that you would like to borrow gear for.
