Rules and Instructions
- Rebates available to Fort Collins residents only. One rebate application per household.
- Rebates apply to qualifying participants of the Epic Homes program and who complete a radon mitigation improvement project using a participating Epic Homes contractor.
- Rebates are limited to $100 maximum per household.
- The participating home must be tested for radon before and after mitigation improvements using test kits provided by the City of Fort Collins.
- Radon testing and mitigation improvement must be made during the rebate period (January 20th- September 30th).
- Radon testing and mitigation outside of the Epic Homes program are not eligible.
STEP 1) Complete and sign affidavit.
STEP 2) Complete rebate form.
STEP 3) Place completed form and signed affidavit in envelope and mail to:
