I acknowledge my acceptance as a speaker for Safety 2021, the American Society of Safety Professionals' (ASSP) annual conference currently scheduled for Monday, September 13 through Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin,Texas.

I understand the information in the acceptance email and have read the following:

Any changes to the approved speakers or presentation topic from that submitted must receive prior approval from ASSP.
ASSP DOES NOT PERMIT ANY MATERIAL THAT CONSTITUTES ADVERTISING.
Speakers are required to review ASSP's Mission Statement and Strategic Plan and adhere to ASSP's Code of Professional Conduct.
ASSP requires that you upload a PDF of your PowerPoint slides and/or any additional session specific, supporting documents that would serve as valuable takeaways for conference attendees. (The link to upload these documents will be shared at a later date.)
