We look forward to receiving your completed submission by May 30, 2021 and wish you the best of luck through this process.

WHAT IS ACAP?
The Accounting Career Awareness Program (ACAP®) is an innovative career development program designed specifically for minority high school students. Its primary objective is to increase the number of high school students from under-represented ethnic groups to attend college and major in accounting and its related business fields. ACAP® introduces minority high school students to accounting, finance, economics, technology, and management while providing the foundation of financial literacy and the development of interpersonal skills. ACAP® is a unique pipeline from high school to college that allows students to become prepared and informed about the expectations of college life.
During the 2021 National virtual ACAP summer camp experience, students will have the opportunity to explore opportunities and challenges in accounting, finance, and business via a fun and engaging case study project, which includes college-level content and valuable networking opportunities.   Prominent business leaders will share their knowledge, skills, and tips for success. Students learn from young and mature professionals about their experiences within the accounting field at some of the most well-known companies, public accounting firms and companies within the private sector. The program concludes with an awards and recognition celebration.  The program is fully supervised and all-expenses-paid. Students selected will receive free tuition, materials, tools, mentoring opportunities and 2 students will be awarded a scholarship. Apply early before all spots are filled. We can't wait to meet your student!
