Cooking with Eva: A Czech Republic Culinary Adventure

Cooking with Eva: A Czech Republic Culinary Adventure
Saturday, February 27   10am-12pm

Join Project Success as we embark on a storytelling adventure through the art of cooking. Chef Eva, a native to the Czech Republic, will take us through the recent history of this geographic region while we learn to cook two important dishes to the identity of this city. We will be making a fruit dumpling and an apple strudel during this two hour-long class. This interactive cooking experience will not only leave you with your belly full and contented, but with a new perspective on what it means to be Czech. *Please note, both dishes will be vegetarian.
