COVID-19 Industry Impact Survey

COVID-19 Industry Impact Survey - Introduction

Dear Chefs, Culinary Directors, Restaurant Owners, and CEOs:

The 2021 Good Food 100 Restaurants™ aims to measure the impact of the COVID-19 global pandemic on restaurants to help rebuild, strengthen, and move the industry forward. The 2021 survey takes ~15 minutes to complete, and the more restaurants that participate, the greater impact we will be able to demonstrate.

The survey takes ~15 minutes. All restaurants and foodservice operations are eligible.
Individual business data is CONFIDENTIAL. There is NO COST to participate.

DEADLINE EXTENDED:  APRIL 15, 2021

Survey data will be analyzed by the Business Research Division at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder to create an Industry Impact Report. The report will be released in Spring 2021, and will be shared with the Independent Restaurant Coalition (IRC), the James Beard Foundation (JBF), and the National Restaurant Association (NRA) in an effort to support ongoing advocacy and lobbying efforts to help #SAVERESTAURANTS.

Every business that submits a completed survey will receive the following in recognition of your participation:
  • Featured as a participant in 2021 Good Food 100 Restaurants™ Industry Impact Report
  • PDF copy of 2021 Good Food 100  Restaurants™ Industry Impact Report
  • 2021 Good Food 100 Restaurants™ digital badge for social media, website, and marketing materials
