Your answers to this survey are completely confidential and anonymous. We are using a survey platform that does not capture any information about you, which means that it is impossible for us to identify you as the author of your answers, or report anything about you or your specific answers to anyone at your agency. Some of these items ask about difficult experiences you may have had. It is not unusual for people to feel distressed when reflecting on topics such as those mentioned in those questions.
