Please answer these questions to the best of your ability. Some of the information may be available from the Business Owner's Company Focus Packet.

Your peers will use this information to assist you in achieving your goals.

The Company Focus Packet provides your group with in-depth information about your company -- information that will be used by everyone who is helping you reach your goals. Remember, the quality of the information your peers will be working with is directly related to the quality of the information that you input so please take care to make sure that the right data is reported. Each member of your group will submit these forms to us at or before the deadline. We'll compile all information into one report and send it back to you, along with other documents prior to the meeting. Please be sure to review the entire packet before the meeting so you can use the time efficiently.

Remember, the Company Focus Packets are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that those members who submit their packets early will have their Company Focus time first when everyone is at their freshest, and most energetic! Please contact us if you need any help at all. We want this to be a simple exercise....one that will add greatly to the value you receive from your Roundtables membership.

For Spring 2024 Meetings, please report from July 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.

Due Date for your Company Focus information is February 15, 2024.

Submitting information for your Company Focus Form is a four-step process:

  1. Complete the Action-Agreement-for-Production-Manager-RoundTables (must complete for each meeting)
  2. Have available a Company Org Chart, as well as an Org Chart of those that report to you.
  3. Complete the PM_RT_Metrics_Spreadsheet.xlsx  or PM_RT_Metrics_Spreadsheet_Expanded-Employee-List.xlsx (Instructions are available here.)
  4. Complete this survey
