You are being invited to take this survey because you are a cannabis business operator and/or owner in San Francisco. Below is some information about the survey:
What is this survey for? The San Francisco Office of Cannabis (SFCOC) is collecting information from cannabis business owners and operators per legislative requirements and to better understand how the cannabis industry has grown during 2020 and to what extent the Cannabis Equity Program is meeting its objectives. This survey asks questions about cannabis business activities and the racial and gender makeup of cannabis industry employees to help us understand who is benefitting from business and employment opportunities within new cannabis businesses.
Survey details. Today’s survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
Taking this survey is voluntary. You are not required to answer any of the questions you do not want to. Whether you choose to answer all of the questions or not, please scroll through to the end and hit "submit" when you are done so that we know you have finished. All responses to this survey will be kept strictly confidential. The survey data are reported only in aggregate form or in a manner that does not allow individual responses to be identified.
Please note that If you own and/or operate more than one cannabis business under an Article 16 and/or Article 33 permit, please complete one survey for each such business.Need help?
