Eligibility Quiz

1. Did your organization receive a RECreate Grant from Communities ChooseWell in 2020? *This question is required.
Oops! Organizations that received the RECreate Grant are ineligible to receive the 2021 Healthy Community Grant. We encourage you to apply for the Healthy Community Grant next year.
2. Is your organzation located in Alberta? *This question is required.
Oops! Organizations must be located in Alberta to be eligible for this grant.
3. Will your proposed project include activities that will take place outside of Alberta or support participants outside of Alberta? *This question is required.
Oops! The Healthy Community Grant is designed to transform and promote local places, programs, policies, and partnership focused on improving healthy eating and active living at the community level across Alberta.
4. Please take a moment to review the COVID-19 Guidance Documents by the Government of Alberta. Will your proposed activities abide by the guidelines? *This question is required.

Oops! Large organizations that receive funding from Alberta Health, including Alberta Health Services, are ineligible for grant funding. These groups are not eligible but are encouraged to partner with eligible organizations to support a project proposal.
