Woodlands Community Seasonal Fruit & Veg Box REGISTRATION FORM

This is a pay-what-you-can-afford scheme, meaning that those who are not in a position where they can afford to are not expecting to pay for their veg boxes. But we ask that those of you who are interested and have some disposable income please consider contributing to the scheme. Each veg box costs approximately £8-£10 so this is the suggested donation but any amount you can afford is greatly appreciated.

The following questions will help us allocate veg boxes as fairly as possible to people in the community.

Following completion of the form, someone will follow up with you to let you know when veg box collection(s) will be possible for you and arrange a time for collection which is suitable for you.

Please note that collections of the veg boxes on the collection dates will be from our community workspace at 66 Ashley Street, G3 6HW.

Please also note that you will be responsible for requesting further veg boxes at later dates if you so choose. Filling out this form will not automatically enrol you to collect a veg box every fortnight.

7. In the event of high demand we will priorite allocation of veg boxes to those who are most in need of it. Please tell us your reason for requesting support. You may choose more than one option, or none at all. And please note that if none of the reasons below apply to you you are not precluded from receiving a box assuming we have capacity.
