All course work should be completed during the semester in which the student is to receive credit. Under extenuating circumstances, a student may apply for an "Incomplete." The completion of this Incomplete Agreement form shall be considered a contract between the student and professor allowing for an extension of time, normally not to exceed six weeks, during which the student must complete the regular requirements for a full grade in the course. When the work has been completed within the six week extension, the professor will submit a grade to the registrar. The registrar will record the grade along with the indication that the work was originally incomplete. If work is not completed within the six weeks allotted, the grade will be determined by the professor based upon all required assignments.
학점을 취득하기 위해서 모든 과정은 학기 중에 마쳐야 하지만 불가피한 상황에서 과제연장신청서를 제출하실 수 이습니다. 이 신청서는 교수와 학생과의 계약(동의)이며, 일반적으로 6주를 초과할 수 없습니다. 6주가 지난 후 교수는 성적을 학적부에 제출해야하는데 성적은 과제가 추가 제출되었다는 표시와 함께 기재됩니다. 기간 안에 과제가 미제출될 경우, 기존의 제출된 과제물에 근거하여 학점이 산출됩니다.
