As the search committee at Lakeside School launches the search for the new head of school, we are eager to hear from all members of the community. In the weeks ahead, members of the search committee and our Spencer Stuart search consultants will meet with various representative constituent groups through video conversations. In these conversations and in the survey, we will ask everyone the same six questions. Your feedback will inform the position description and guide our work.
