Liverpool Transformation Plan survey - for professionals working with children and young people

SECTION ONE: General children and young people's mental health

This survey has been developed to capture the views of professionals working with children and young people (CYP) in relation to support for their mental health and emotional wellbeing over the last five years.

The findings will be used to further understand children and young people's mental health needs, helping to shape and develop the services needed to support them. This insight will also inform how this support should be accessed in the future as well as identifying development opportunities for professionals working with children, young people and their families.

This survey is split into three sections focusing on:
  • General questions around CYP's mental health
  • The impact of COVID-19; and
  • Access to provision.

This is an anonymous survey and should take around 15 minutes to complete. The results from the survey will be collected and published on the Liverpool CAMHS website.

The closing date is 30th April 2021
