Quiz: Are You at Risk for COVID-19?

Introduction

1. Have you spent 15 minutes or more within six feet of someone who had COVID-19 symptoms (including but not limited to fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of sense of smell, headaches) and a positive test (or are suspected to have it, with test results pending)?
2. Do you live with someone who has symptoms of COVID-19 and has been confirmed to have the disease with a positive test, or has symptoms but hasn’t been able to undergo a test (called a person under investigation, or PUI)?
3. In the last 14 days, have you traveled either internationally or nationally (especially by plane or public transportation)?
4. Have you taken part in activities outside your home in the last two weeks and not practiced social distancing (staying six feet away from anyone you don’t live with)?
5. Are you a healthcare professional who can, and does, practice telehealth, rarely coming into contact with patients—or other people?
6. Are you a healthcare professional taking care of potential and confirmed COVID-positive patients, including in the intensive care unit at a hospital or a nursing home?
7. Are you an emergency medical technician (EMT), paramedic, or emergency room doctor, nurse, technician, or other healthcare professional in the ER or ED (emergency department)?
8. Are you an employee of a critical-infrastructure industry, like a grocery store worker, trucker, police officer, firefighter, postal employee, delivery person, landscaper, construction worker, sanitation worker, farm worker, government worker, journalist, etc.?
9. Are you a flight attendant or do you work in the airline/travel industry where you’re often in airplanes and airports? Or are you a public transportation worker, like a train conductor?
10. Are you a member of the gig economy that puts you in contact with the public—for instance, do you drive an Uber or Lyft, do you grocery shop and/or make deliveries for shopping apps?
