NLN’s goal in selecting members for the NLN Test Development Committees is to identify those individuals who are licensed nurses who have earned a master’s or doctoral degree in nursing and have experience as a nurse educator, clinician, or administrator working with entry-level nurses to contribute to the development of NLN Testing exams.
