National Orientation and Mobility Certification Demographic Study

Introduction

Welcome to the National Orientation and Mobility Certification Demographic Study.

This survey is intended for NOMC certificants who are now, or who have been credentialed with the NOMC through the National Blindness Professional Certification Board (NBPCB).

The purpose of this survey is to learn more about the work you do, how your professional credentials are related to your employment, the population with which you work and the environments within which you work.

This survey is entirely voluntary and you may withdraw at any time. Personally identifying information, including your computer’s IP address are being captured in this study. By means of this agreement, you should know that all such data will be removed prior to any publication of the findings, and your personal information will never be used in connection with these data.

There is no compensation being offered for this survey; however, it should not take more than 15 minutes of your time and your responses will help greatly in demonstrating the professional picture of the O&M profession.
