Pre-Training Survey

The surveys are a key part of participating in the training and required by our funders. In addition to this pre-session survey you will be asked to complete a follow-up survey after each session you attend (less than five minutes each) and a seven-minute final survey at the conclusion of the trainings.

Your participation is also critical for helping us determine the effectiveness of our work.

All participant information will be kept strictly confidential unless we receive your permission to share, typically for T/A purposes. Any reporting information is aggregated and anonymized.
