LeadingAge Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Survey

Helping members focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is a key component of LeadingAge’s newly adopted strategic plan. LeadingAge is conducting a survey among its members to better understand what you’re already doing to make your organization more inclusive, what challenge you’re facing as you work toward your diversity goals, and what more you’d like to accomplish in the future. The survey results and future interviews with individuals who oversee these activities will help us identify barriers, develop best practices, and guide future tools and resources to develop a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce.
