Using the fields below please indicate requirements you have completed along with the date you completed the course or the date of the event. You are also responsible for submitting copies of your certificates of attendance for all programs. Please contact
registration@primr.org if you are missing a certificate of attendance.
Program requirements are flexible in order to meet an individual’s interests and professional needs. All requirements must be completed within three years of enrollment. Programs completed up to two years before enrollment may be used. The same program may not to used to fulfill more than one requirement.

Please note that the Certificate in the Ethical Foundations of Animal Care and Use is not a prerequisite to, nor does it count toward, eligibility for Certified Professional IACUC Administrator (CPIA®) certification. Additionally, some position announcements state a requirement for CPIA certification. This certificate does not fulfill that requirement, nor is it intended to demonstrate the same level of competency. Rather, it demonstrates a basic understanding of animal care and use.
