Welcome to the Walk into the New Year 6 weeks Challenge Weekly Log for VA State Employees. By participating in this program, you are taking steps towards improving your health!

How to get started with logging your weekly steps:

1.  Share your walking experience each week by filling out this survey.

2.  Track your progress. Tell us how many miles, steps, or time you completed.

3.  Over the next 6 weeks, we will send you emails periodically to see how you are doing with your walking challenge.  A quick answer to these emails will help you track your progress and to let us know how are you enjoying your walking experience.  
It's OK if you don't meet your walking goals at the beginning as it can take a while to develop a new habit. 

4. On the last week, select week 6 to share your overall experience and to complete the post-evaluation to receive your certificate of completion.
