Boulder County Sheriff's Office - Base Report

Welcome to the Boulder County Sheriff's Office on-line incident reporting service.

This service should only be used to report non-emergencies and non-violent crimes with no suspect information or leads, which occurred within the unincorporated County of Boulder or within the limits of the Town of Lyons or Town of Superior.  Unincorporated Boulder County would be anything within the county lines, but outside the boundaries of a municipality (Boulder, Longmont, Louisville, Nederland, etc).  You can enter an address to check jurisdiction here.

The information submitted using this service will be reviewed by a Boulder County Sheriff's Office employee. This reporting service is primarily for your convenience or for insurance purposes and typically further follow up is not required. However, if more information is required, you may be contacted by an investigator.
