What is TheSprout?
TheSprout is Cardiff’s online magazine and info website for 11-25’s and organisations that wish to support them. You can check out TheSprout here: TheSprout.co.uk
What is this survey about?
TheSprout is looking for feedback about your experiences and thoughts about the lockdowns in Cardiff due to COVID-19.
The survey consists of three questions which will require a detailed and honest response to your lockdown experiences and feelings during this time. You can either submit your response as text, or upload a video recording yourself answering the question if you would prefer. Please only submit a video if you are aged 16 or older.
What's in it for me?
To thank you for your time and efforts, each person who submits this form completely will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win a £50 voucher. Submissions are limited to one per person.
What happens to my data?
Once you have submitted your data, we will only require your name and email address to inform you if you've won the voucher. We will not share this information. After the competition, your details will be deleted, leaving only your answers to the questions.
By entering this competition, you are allowing us to use your responses to create articles and graphics for TheSprout website and social media. There is an option at the end of this survey to have your submission anonymised when publicised.
When is the deadline?
The deadline for responses to this competition has been extended to Monday 18th November 2020.

Beth yw pwrpas yr arolwg yma?
Mae'r Sprout yn chwilio am adborth am dy brofiadau a dy deimladau am y cyfnodau cloi yng Nghaerdydd o ganlyn Covid-19.
Mae'r arolwg yn cynnwys tri chwestiwn fydd angen ymateb manwl ac onest am dy brofiadau a dy deimladau yn ystod y cyfnod cloi. Bydd posib cyflwyno ymateb wedi'i ysgrifennu, neu mae posib llwytho fideo ohonot ti dy hun yn ateb y cwestiwn os oes well gen ti. Dim ond rhai dros 16 oed i gyflwyno fideo plîs.

I ddiolch i ti am dy amser a'th ymdrech, bydd pob person sydd yn cyflwyno'r arolwg wedi'i gwblhau'n llawn yn cael ei roi mewn cystadleuaeth am gyfle i ennill taleb £50. Dim ond un cyfle i bob person.
Beth sydd yn digwydd i'm data?
Pan fyddi di wedi cyflwyno'r data, ni fyddem yn defnyddio dy enw na chyfeiriad e-bost heblaw i gysylltu os mai ti yw enillydd y daleb. Ni fyddem yn rhannu'r wybodaeth yma. Yn dilyn y gystadleuaeth, bydd yr holl fanylion yn cael eu dileu, gan adael atebion i'r cwestiynau yn unig.
