Perkins V Needs Assessment Survey 2021

Thank you for participating in this Perkins V survey! Your input is very valuable as we evaluate  Career and Technical Education (CTE) and what it should look like in Kentucky for the 21st Century and beyond. We hope to be BOLD in supporting innovation, preparing students for future high-wage, high-skill careers, and helping to meet the needs of the State’s workforce.

This survey tool is being administered to a wide variety of stakeholders including individuals who represent certain special populations, to employers of industries and businesses who provide jobs for our students, to educators from secondary and post-secondary institutions and to Workforce Investment Board members. Due to this wide spectrum of representatives, you may not be able to answer each question as some may not apply specifically to you. Please complete the survey with your best answer and respond with Not Applicable where appropriate.

This survey is anonymous but if you are willing to provide contact information for the purposes of follow-up to better understand your answers, you may provide those details below. Please proceed to the survey and thank you for supporting Kentucky Career and Technical Education!
