What is Sales Performance Management and what is it comprised of:

The sales organization leads the path to the achievement in revenue and customer growth — it requires not only dedication but effective strategy and planning to achieve required objectives. A well-developed strategy and plan to motivate current and future sales talent is essential for the best possible sales performance. To carry out this mission, organizations need a set of coordinated sales-related activities, processes and systems that enable the sales organization, from leadership and operations to the manager and sellers, to operate in a coordinated and collaborative manner. We call this sales performance management.

Are You Qualified? The survey for this research study is designed for business professionals who are involved with sales and revenue leadership and associated areas supporting it in finance and operations. Those in sales operations and analyst roles to sales managers and executives and IT professionals who are dedicated to supporting sales are welcome to participate. Solution providers, software vendors, consultants, media and systems integrators may participate in the survey, but they are not eligible for incentives and their input will be used only if they meet the qualifications. Incentives are provided to qualified participants in the research and are conditional on providing accurate and complete contact information including company name, title and email address that can be verified via LinkedIn and is used for fulfillment of incentives.
