Elizabeth “Beth” Sullivan is the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing at Saint Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey.  Beth has been with Saint Peter’s, the Jesuit University of New Jersey, since 2012.  First serving as Dean of Undergraduate Admissions, she has ascended into roles of leadership which allow her to practice her passion for strategic, holistic enrollment management for the University.  Beth’s role as Vice President has her overseeing undergraduate, international, graduate, and transfer admissions along with student financial aid, and enrollment marketing and university brand marketing.

Beth’s more than twenty-five year higher education career started as a tour guide and has provided her the opportunity to work at schools in New England, New York and New Jersey.  Each experience has been a unique and valuable opportunity to celebrate a variety of institutions, to meet college/school counselors from around the world, and more importantly, to help students find their path to a college education.  She states, “Working with colleges over the years has afforded me the chance to change my lens and appreciate institutional differences. More importantly, with each professional experience I have been lucky to connect with students and families from a range of backgrounds. The students who arrive on our campuses for enrichment share their lives with our communities.  They motivate me to do better every day.”

Beth is an alumna of Ithaca College (B.A., Psychology) and Northeastern University (M.S., College Student Development and Counseling).  She has been an active board member of the National Catholic College Admission Association since January, 2018.  She serves as one of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Representatives, and contributes to the Communications/Marketing Committee.  Additionally, over the years Beth has served on New England Association of College Admission Counseling (NEACAC) regional conference planning committees, and was alternate delegate to NACAC for NEACAC.  In July 2020 Beth was invited to serve on the Board of Trustees for Christian Brothers Academy (Syracuse, NY).  She is a proud aunt to nine nieces and nephews (some Catholic college educated!), and lives in New Jersey with her husband.
