Charleston County School District has a grant to help improve mental health support for students exposed to violence in high-crime neighborhoods. The name of this grant is Project Prevent. We are asking you to take this survey so that we can get information from families about their experiences with the different groups that work to support their children. Please be honest when responding to these questions since your answers will be used to make improvements in our schools' relationships with these organizations. You may be asked to complete this survey more than once so we can see if your experiences with these organizations have improved.
