PBC Special Needs Providers

In an effort to ensure that the Special Needs Advisory Coalition of Palm Beach County is providing accurate information through the virtual hub, we need your assistance to update your organization's information.  This survey is for organizations that provide direct services to individuals with special needs in Palm Beach County. Please take a few minutes to complete this 10 question survey.  This information will be shared with the coalition and funders who are willing to assist, if they have a better understanding of the gaps and barriers with regards to the availability of programming.  This information will also be used to develop collaborative programs to fill noticeable gaps.  Thank you for your timely assistance!
