Title: NYC Health's BOLD Program: Improving Health Equity for Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD).Description: Introduction to the DOHMH Building Our Largest Dementia (BOLD) Infrastructure program, including its goals, and timeline. The BOLD program focuses on modifiable risk factors for Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) and ensuring healthcare providers, caregivers, CBOs, public health professionals, and the general public are prepared to respond to the needs of individuals living with ADRD. We are currently in year two of a five year grant and are finalizing our strategic plan with input from our coalition members.
