The requirements can appear complex if you are new to the topic as a landlord or a tenant.This Webinar hosted by HPD's Office of Enforcement & Neighborhood Services (OENS) provides a broad introduction to New York City's lead-based paint requirements. The Webinar will touch on topics important to both landlords, who are required under the law to performed specific activities, and tenants, who can learn what a landlord is required to do, the tenant's role in the requirements, and some basics on how to protect young children from lead-based paint hazards.
