About NAAE National Teacher Appreciation Week

National Teacher Appreciation Week is a week-long celebration of educators across the country, and is celebrated the first full week of May, from May 1 through May 8 in 2022. 

The National Association of Agricultural Educators is committed to showing our deepest sincerity and gratitude to NAAE members across the United States during Teacher Appreciation Week. We are seeking to collect testimonials and photos of agricultural educators who are making a positive impact in our schools and communities. By completing the form below and submitting two high-quality photos of your teacher in action, your teacher may receive an exclusive NAAE National Teacher Appreciation Week Honorarium Package. 

NAAE will be giving away 100 NAAE National Teacher Appreciation Week Honorarium Packages, to be sent out the first week of May, to NAAE members. The package includes:
  • Limited Edition Greatest [Agricuture Teacher] of All Time GOAT Trophy
  • 2022 NAAE Teacher Appreciation Week Limited Edition Sticker
  • New NAAE Merchandise (including stickers, buttons, sticky notes, and more!)
  • $5 Amazon Giftcard 
In order for your nominee to receive a limited edition NAAE Teacher Appreciation Week package, all of the following conditions must be met:
  • This form must be completed to the best of your ability. 
  • You must submit a high-quality photo of your nominee in action. Examples include photos of the teacher working with students, teaching, etc. 
  • Your nominee must be a lifetime or active NAAE member for the 2021-2022 membership year. (NAAE will check this prior to distributing the package)

The National Association of Agricultural Educators is a federation of state agricultural educators associations with more than 9,000 members. Our members are involved in school-based agricultural education at any level, from middle school through postsecondary, and state and national agricultural education leadership. We advocate for agricultural education, provide professional development for agricultural educators, and work to recruit and retain agricultural educators in the profession. We offer a variety of programs and services to support this three-pronged mission.
