How to submit a birthday photo

If you would like us to announce someone's birthday during 69 News at Sunrise, please fill out the form below. (Note birthday announcements can also be mailed to "Birthdays at Sunrise, WFMZ-TV, 300 East Rock Road, Allentown, PA 18103. If you wish to have your photo returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.)

All birthday announcements must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
Birthdays are announced on 69News at Sunrise, weekdays 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. All Saturday and Sunday birthdays will be aired on Saturday, unless otherwise noted.
Sorry, we DO NOT announce birthdays without a photos.
Please select a photo where the individual is easily identifiable.
We will not announce your pet's birthday.
