The Employment Risk Management Authority tracks training compliance for underlying members to ensure mandated requirements are met. Please complete the enclosed survey regarding your agency's training. Please answer the following questions as they relate to the 2023-24 Program Year (7/1/23 to date).

2. Have all non-supervisory employees received the required 1 hour training mandated through SB 1343? *This question is required.

3. Have all supervisory employees received the required 2 hour training mandated through AB 1825?

4. Our agency has maintained the following record-keeping requirements for AB 1825 and SB 1343 training:

We have documented the date of training for each employee.
We have retained a description of the course (including content and duration) and the course materials.
We have retained a brief biography on the course trainer.
We have retained a copy of the participant sign-in sheets, certificates of completion, or other proof of attendance.
