Dear Parents,
The purpose of this survey is to help us understand how and when you and your children read, both at home and at school. The questions ask about when you read together with your children and when your children read alone. Your answers will help us find out things you may need help with as you work to make your children the best readers they can be.
The survey should take about 20 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers.
