Please be aware that as a result of your resignation, you are no longer entitled to the benefits of membership, including the use of the REALTOR® trademark. The REALTOR® trademark is a valuable and exclusive symbol of membership within the National Association of REALTORS®.

Continued unauthorized use may result in formal enforcement action by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) under federal trademark law. For your reference, NAR’s official trademark usage rules can be reviewed here:  https://www.nar.realtor/logos-and-trademark-rules

We urge you to remove the trademark from all your marketing materials, including websites, business cards, signage, and any other promotional items, immediately.
