Productivity Report

The Office of Medical Student Research would like to hear annually from Medical Student Researchers their successes inside and outside of the college.

The productivity report is necessary to capture all collaboration, publications, pressentations, and future plans regarding all research projects.

While you may update Vitals information, this productivity report is separate from your official records in the Medical School and important to the Office of Medical Student Research's data collection and award recognition. Please remember to return a report whenever presentations, abstracts, or publications are produced from your funded project.
